before you order.

Ordering & your piece

Each listed design is £32. Duet is £32 for a complete pair: one tall vase and one small vase. UK standard delivery is included. International orders need a separate delivery quote before payment.

Our vases are 3D printed to order. Fine print lines, small surface variations and changes in sheen are part of their character. Colours can look different on different screens. These are decorative objects for dried stems; use a separate watertight insert for fresh flowers. They are not intended for food, hot water or dishwasher use.

Select Buy now on a piece to open its secure Stripe payment page, where you can choose your quantity and enter your delivery address. Each design has a separate checkout. For a mixed order or international delivery, contact us before paying. You will see the final total before confirming payment. We begin making your order once payment is confirmed. Delivery

We make and dispatch your order within 1–2 days. Standard UK delivery is free, using Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually takes a further 2–3 working days after dispatch. This delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Please contact us if your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We will help resolve it with you. You do not need to pursue a delivery claim with Royal Mail yourself.

Changes of mind & returns

For the standard designs in this collection, you can cancel before dispatch or tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return it. Then send the items back within a further 14 days. Making a standard design to order does not remove this right.

Email miazhangphoto@gmail.com with your name and order details to cancel. A clear statement is enough; you do not need to give a reason. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Pack your pieces carefully and retain proof of posting. Duet is sold as a pair, so return both vases when cancelling the full purchase.

We refund the purchase price and any standard outward delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We may make a deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop. There is no restocking fee.

If an item is faulty, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us. We will cover reasonable return postage where a return is needed and provide the remedy required by your consumer rights. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

Your privacy

Mia Zhang, trading as Meltwater Studio, is responsible for the personal information you share with the studio. Use the contact details above for any privacy questions.

We use contact details and messages to respond to enquiries, and order details to arrange payment, make and deliver your order, handle returns and keep required business records. The relevant legal grounds are taking steps at your request or performing our contract with you, meeting legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the shop.

Where you place an order, the information needed to process payment is handled by Stripe, and the information needed for delivery is shared with Royal Mail. Our website hosting providers, Cloudflare and, on our original website address, OpenAI Sites, process technical request information to serve and secure the website. Their services may process data outside the UK under their applicable data protection arrangements.

We do not receive your full card number. We do not sell your personal information or add you to marketing lists simply because you contact us or place an order.

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External services such as Stripe and Instagram have their own privacy and cookie notices.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including any applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to or restrict certain uses; some records must be retained by law. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
